Rooms in Jericho, east Oxford and the centre
Self-catering groups tend to land in the Victorian terraces of Jericho or the streets off Cowley Road, and hotel groups stay nearer the centre. Oxford terraces are short on floor space, so the usual answer is the knocked-through living and dining room with the table pushed to one wall. Sit everyone in a loose ring, leave the middle clear for the model and face him towards the window light. He poses nude, so draw the curtains on any side a neighbour or passer-by could see through. In a hotel, a private function room is better than a bedroom for more than a handful of guests.

We’ll be on a punt until about four. How tight can we cut it?
Not very. The model checks in with the office that morning and contacts you 5 to 10 minutes before arriving, so someone needs to be off the river with their phone switched on by then.
Our village is on the far side of Witney. Do you come out that far?
Yes. The model travels to the villages west of Witney as well as the town itself, and the instant quote shows the price once you add the postcode.
Can we use a room in one of the colleges?
Only if it’s a room you’ve hired privately, that can’t be seen into and that nobody else will walk through. The venue is yours to arrange, so make sure the college is happy with a nude model before you confirm.
