How do I pay?

All major debit or credit cards are accepted excluding American Express. Additionally, we accept Paypal and Apply Pay.

Deposits start from just £30 per activity depending on the service booked. You will be advised at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. If your booking is made less than 14 days before the event you will be required to pay the full balance. All other bookings may vary depending on what service you have booked, you will be advised at the time of booking.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking please be aware that your deposit is non-refundable. If you do wish to cancel with less than 14 days until your event then all monies paid are non-refundable.

Changes to bookings

If after the Booking Date, you wish to change the time there will be a £20.00 administration fee.

If you wish to change the date there will be a £30 administration fee.

If you wish to change the Event Address and it is within a 5-mile radius of your original address then there is no charge. If you wish to change the location there will be a £30 admin fee plus additional travel charges depending on the location.

If you wish to change the number of guests to your booking please let us know as soon as possible so that we have time to make these amendments.

Any requests for changes to a booking will need to be sent to our team via email not over the phone.

Can my butler play party games?

Indeed! Our butlers will come prepared with hen party game ideas to recommend to you or they can participate in any games that you have already organised!

**For any games that need props, you will be responsible for supplying them**

Hen Party Games

Can my butler stay on at the party?

We can look at booking your butlers in for extra hours, however, this is not something we can guarantee as our butlers are usually on back to back jobs. Therefore, we recommend that you book your butlers for longer in advance! Butlers are not permitted to stay on at an event once the booking time as finished.

Will the Butler(s) come to a hired venue/bar?

Yes! Your butler will come to any venue you choose providing that the venue itself has given full permission for your butler to attend. Typically a house/flat, hen houses, cottages and private rooms in bars are popular venues for butlers to attend. Your venue will need to be private and closed off from public view.

What will happen on the day of my booking?

All our Butlers check in with us on the morning of the booking so you don’t need to worry about a thing.

The Butler(s) will be in contact with you 5 – 10 minutes prior to their booked time and will telephone you once they are outside, keeping their arrival a surprise.

Please ensure that we are able to contact you at all times prior to your booking. If our models are unable to reach you, this may result in a loss of booking time or your booking being cancelled altogether.

Upon arrival, the Butler(s) will require a room to get changed in and be ready for a prompt start.

What will my Butler wear?

Your Butler(s) will be ready to serve at your event wearing a collar, bow tie, cuffs and a bottom revealing apron.

You can request shorts or suit trousers to be worn.

What will my Butler do?

Make the most of your Butler(s) who will be on hand to meet and greet guests, serve any drinks/canapés, mix simple cocktails, organise group photos and they can also partake and host party games. Our Naked Butlers have some great party game ideas they can organise or assist with ones you already have planned for the night.

Once I’ve booked can I change the time or date of my booking?
  1. If after the Booking Date, you wish to change the time there will be a £20.00 administration fee.
  2. If you wish to change the date there will be a £30 administration fee.
  3. If you wish to change the Event Address and it is within a 5-mile radius of your original address then there is no charge. If you wish to change the location there will be a £30 admin fee plus additional travel charges depending on the location.
Does he come with a cocktail shaker and tray?

Unfortunately, you will need to provide your butler with any cocktail equipment such as a cocktail shakers, alcohol and trays! However, our butlers are great with their hands so they can improvise with any materials you already have at your venue!

Can we accessorise our Butler?

Absolutely, you can accessorise your butler according to your party theme or setting! If you wish to provide accessories, you can do so at your own expense.

Does he need somewhere to change?

Yes, your butler will arrive at your accommodation fully clothed and will need a room to get changed into his cheeky butler attire. Preferably a bathroom or somewhere that does not contain any of your personal items. He will also need a safe place to put his belongings.

Can we have more than one butler?

Of course! You can have as many butlers as you require! Besides, two butlers are double the fun! We usually recommend one butler for 10-15 guests and then two butlers for 15 plus guests! However the choice is yours!

Can we touch our butlers?

Yes, appropriate touching of your butler whilst taking photos with him, playing party games and getting him to serve drinks is absolutely fine, however, please do respect all our members of staff.

Can I choose my Butler?

Can I see a photo of my butler?

We know you can’t wait to meet your handsome hunk but due to the huge number of bookings, we have each week we don’t send images out.

We have the very best butlers around so we’re super confident you will be thrilled with the butlers we allocate to you!

Plus we want you to be as surprised as the guest of honour – after all, you have put all the hard work in!

What happens if my butler arrives late?

We recommended having at least an hour window after your finish time in case your butler is unable to arrive on time due to travel restrictions etc.

This doesn’t happen often but sometimes these situations occur.

Can my butler cook food for us at a BBQ?

Although they can assist with serving your BBQ food our butlers are not insured to cook it.

Nude Life Drawings
What will happen on the day of my booking?

What will my life drawing model do?

Our life drawing classes last for 1 hour 30 minutes and are tailor made for hen dos!

Therefore, all of our classes are fun and light hearted.

For the first 45 minutes, your life drawing model will either sit or stand and strike a few poses for you and your guests to draw.

For the last half of the session, the model will put their cheeky butler attire on and transform into a Buff Butler. During this mini butlering session, they can take part in any party games you have organised, get involved in photographs, serve up any drinks and can even judge their favourite drawing.

Does the model become nude?

Yes, your model will become completely nude and can wear as little as you like! However, if you wish, you can request that he is partially clothed.

Does the class include a tutor?

No, a tutor is not required! Our gorgeous models are charming, cheeky and full of personality, so they’re terrific at leading our classes. They will ensure to keep the class fun and lighthearted and will provide assistance when needed.

What do the life drawing models look like?

Our life drawing models are also butlers so you won’t be disappointed! Our hunks are hot as they have gorgeous muscular bodies, defined abs and gorgeous looks.

Can we choose our model?

We will take any preferences that you request of your life drawing model and try our best to accommodate them.

One of our booking managers will ensure that your model best fits your requirements.

All the models on our website are the standard of guys that we have, so we ensure you will be satisfied with the model provided.

What materials are included?

The life drawing model will arrive at your accommodation with all the materials that you will need to draw him.

Materials include A3 quality drawing paper, pencils, rubbers and sharpeners. (Please note materials do not include something to lean on.)

Materials only cover up to 20 guests, but if you wish to have more guests, we can arrange more materials for you at an extra £5 per person.

Can I extend the length of the class?

Of course! For an extra £50 you can have your life drawing model for an extra 30 minutes! Making your class an hour of the life drawing followed by an hour of butlering!

Can the model come to our venue?

Yes, our life drawing classes are a mobile service, so we can visit your venue anywhere in the UK! We regularly go to rented cottages, hired accommodation, hotels, private homes and function rooms. We also have public liability insurance as we know it is a requirement for some venues.

* Venue hire is not included and is to be provided by the organiser.

Do we have a suitable venue?

Your venue will need to be private and closed off from public view.

Also, there needs to be enough room for the life drawing model to do his poses and space for the hens to draw.

We are a mixed gender/LGBT group – can we book with Butlers with Bums?

Absolutely! We have a wide range of experience in hosting mixed and gay events! To ensure we select a suitable model for your group, please let us know 14 days prior to the booking if any males will be in attendance.

Can I change the number of guests?

If you wish to add additional guests at any point that is absolutely fine, however, we are unable to refund if your numbers decrease.

We suggest you book for the minimum number of confirmed guests and add others on at a later date.

The number of guests that you book for is the number that you will be required to pay for.  Dropping in numbers is not possible once a booking is confirmed.

What happens if my model is late?

We recommended having at least an hour window after your finish time in case your butler is unable to arrive on time due to travel restrictions etc.

This doesn’t happen often but sometimes these situations occur.

Cocktail Masterclass
What does my cocktail class involve?

Depending on the size of your group, you will be split into two teams making up to 3 cocktails per person.

All ice, glassware, alcohol and fruit is provided and the mixologist will arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time to get everything set up and ready for the class.

What will my mixologist wear?

Your mixologist will wear his butler attire (apron with bum out, collar & cuffs) unless you request that he be fully clothed wearing a shirt and trousers.

If you would like a butler to attend in addition to your mixologist please let us know and we can book one for you, this will be at an additional cost.

Can I change the number of guests?

If you wish to add additional guests closer to the booking date, that’s absolutely fine. The minimum amount of people for a cocktail class is 10 guests. If your numbers drop below this you will still be required to pay for 10 guests.

Additionally, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable if your numbers drop. We suggest you book for the minimum number of confirmed guests and add others on at a later date.

Do I need to supply anything?

No! All alcohol, fruit, ice and glassware is provided that will be needed for the cocktail class.

If you wish to drink further alcohol to the cocktails provided during the class, that will need to be supplied by yourselves.

Will the cocktail class come to a hired venue/house?

Yes! Your mixologist will come to any venue that you choose, providing that the venue itself has given full permission for your mixologist to attend. Typically a house/flat, hen houses, cottages and private rooms in bars are popular venues for the mixologists to attend. A large dining table is perfect to host the cocktail class, however if not available than a kitchen work surface is equally good. Your venue will need to be private and closed off from public view.

Does he bring a mobile bar?

The mixologist can bring his very own bar to the class for an additional £199.00.

If you wish to add this to the service, please let us know via email or over the phone at the time of booking.

Can I add a butler to my booking?

Of course you can! Make the most of your cocktail class by adding a gorgeous buff butler to your booking. Our butlers will be on hand to meet and greet guests and serve cocktails that your mixologist has created.

The butlers can also organise group photos and partake and host party games. This will be a great addition to your cocktail class.

Can we request specific cocktails?

Yes! Our mixologists can make most cocktails. We will need to know 14 days in advance of your booking if you wish to make particular cocktails. Please note there will be a small premium of £2.50 per cocktail for Pornstar Martinis and Espresso Martinis. 

What will happen on the day of my booking?

All our mixologists check in with us on the morning of the booking so you don’t need to worry about a thing.

Your mixologist will be in contact with you 5 – 10 minutes prior to their booked time and will telephone you once they are outside, keeping their arrival a surprise.

Please ensure there is also adequate parking outside the venue so that our mixologists can safely unload all necessary equipment.

Upon arrival, the mixologist will require a room to get changed in and be ready for a prompt start.

Should I add a Naked Butler to my booking for a large group?

Booking a cocktail class for a group of 15 guests or over? We would recommend you book a Naked Butler too. Our Butlers can help the mixologist, serve drinks, and make sure the class runs smoothly!

Plus with 2 butlers, there is plenty to go around for all the guests to share!

Contact our team today to book a Buff Butler to accompany your mixologist for a reduced rate.

Male Performers
What will happen on the day of my booking?

All our Male Performers check in with us on the morning of the booking so you don’t need to worry about a thing.

Your Peformer will be in contact with you 5 – 10 minutes prior to their booked time and will telephone you once they are outside, keeping their arrival a surprise.

Please ensure that we are able to contact you at all times prior to your booking. If our models are unable to reach you, this may result in a loss of booking time or your booking being cancelled altogether.

Upon arrival, the performer will require a room to get changed in and be ready for a prompt start.

Can I choose what my Performer wears?

We can take preferences over what your performer comes dressed as, however, we cannot guarantee any particular costumes.

If you wish them to wear something particular we suggest that you provide this for them to wear.

How long will my Male Performer stay?

Performers will stay for up to 15 minutes. After performing, they will take some photos with the bride, before leaving.

Due to the nature of the business, our performers are very busy and often work multiple jobs per night. Therefore, when booking please allow a 30-minute window for them to arrive.

What happens if my Male Performer is late?

We recommended having at least an hour window after your finish time in case your performer is unable to arrive on time due to travel restrictions etc.

This doesn’t happen often but sometimes these situations occur.

Hen Party Packages
What will happen once I have booked?

Once you have booked you will be sent a confirmation email. This will have your booking clearly detailed including your itinerary, the deposit which is due and your final balance. If anything is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible.

Do we need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be stated on your booking confirmation. Deposits vary per booking depending on what activities you have chosen. Deposits will also be discussed with you during the enquiry process.

Time and Date changes will need to be made within the first 2 weeks of booking.

  1. If after the Booking Date, you wish to change the time there will be a £20.00 administration fee.
  2. If you wish to change the date there will be a £30 administration fee.

If you wish to change activities once your booking has been confirmed there will be an administration fee of £30 and it will be dependant on availability.

If your numbers drop below the confirmed number that you have booked you will still be required to pay for that amount of guests attending.
