As we cruise through 2025, we’re taking a moment to look back at some of our favourite party highlights so far. From surprise hen do reveals to outrageous themes, these moments show exactly why we love what we do—and why our customers keep coming back for more.
So Austin was our butler for the hen do i had planned, he brought along with him a new guy in training, so was lucky enough to get 2 butlers for the price of 1, i’ve forgotten his name but you would not have thought that it was his first time. From the word go both guys entertained our party and they were a great ice breaker to get everyone involved together. The hen went from being totallly embarrassed in the beginning when she first arrived and saw them standing there to fully embracing what they were booked for. Everyone loved the games played and the pleasing look of the butlers on the eye especially the guy in training. Both butlers are a great asset to your company. For anyone thinking about hiring a Butler for a hen party etc, DO IT, you will not be disappointed . We had a superb Sunday afternoon!
We literally couldn’t have wished for a better butler! A huge shout out to Conrad, you kept the atmosphere alive and remained in control of our group, not to mention the ‘famous aunty Lyn & Claire’. Some of our group being older ladies were slightly apprehensive at first on our life drawing but that soon disappeared as you remained professional and comforting! The butler service and hosting of our game of naughty bingo was great, and we honestly had the best time with some of the ladies now considering future parties hosted by the company as a result! HUGE SHOUT OUT AND THANK YOU CONRAD! The company is lucky to have you!
Taz was absolutely brilliant for my best friends hen do! He was so much fun, really confident and made the most delicious cocktails! Really worth the money. The whole experience with Butler with Bums has been great, kept up to date with the booking etc and replies were really quick whenever I had questions.
We had Brandon for my hen last weekend and he was brilliant. Got everyone involved in a game and kept us all topped up with drinks. Bonus points for being cute too 10/10
Owen was fantastic for our recent hen do. Just a small group of 8 but lots of fun and giggles had all round from the young and old (er) of the ladies. We had 4 poses/drawings and a few games dotted in-between which was a great mixture. Owen was very prompt with his communication on the day and everything ran very smoothly. A few cheeky photos to end what was a very enjoyable afternoon trreat. Thanks Owen and the team at Butler With Bums. Would definitely recommend!

What are the costs involved?

Prices start at £130, varying by location and activity.
Additional Services: Life drawing and cocktail classes have separate pricing.

What can I expect from a butler?

Role: Serve drinks, host games, pose for photos, and add fun to your event.
Appearance: Semi-naked with bow tie, collar, cuffs, and apron.

Are there any booking fees?

There are no booking fees when you book directly with us.

Should I tip my butler?

Tipping is not required but appreciated for exceptional service.

Can I change the date, time, or location of my booking after it’s confirmed?

Changing the event time: £20 administration fee.

Changing the event date: £30 administration fee. Changing the date also allows you to adjust the time at no extra cost.

If the new address is within the same area, there is no fee.

If the address is in a different pricing area, any additional cost will be calculated automatically in the booking system before payment.

Will my butler bring serving & cocktail equipment?

Our butlers don’t supply cocktail shakers, trays, or alcohol. You’ll need to provide these. They are skilled and can adapt using items you already have at your venue.

Can we add accessories to our butler?

Yes, you can customise your butler to suit your party theme. Any accessories must be provided at your own expense.

Does my butler need a space to change?

Yes. Your butler will arrive dressed and will need a private area, such as a bathroom, to change into his outfit. Please ensure it’s clear of personal items. He will also need a secure place for his belongings.

Can we book more than one butler?

Yes, you can book as many butlers as you need. We generally suggest one butler for 10–15 guests and two for larger groups, but you can choose what works best for your event.

Is it okay to touch the butler?

Light, appropriate contact is fine for photos, games, or serving drinks. All guests must treat our staff with respect at all times.

Can I choose which butler attends my event?

Let us know your preferences, and we’ll match a butler to suit your party. We have over 500 butlers across the UK and will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Can I see a photo of my butler before the event?

We don’t provide individual photos due to the high number of bookings each week. We work with the best butlers and are confident you’ll be happy with your allocation. It also keeps the experience a fun surprise for the guest of honour.

What if my butler arrives late?

Delays are rare, but can happen due to traffic or other factors. We recommend allowing at least an extra hour after your scheduled finish time. You will still receive the full service regardless of any delays.

Can my butler cook at a BBQ?

No, butlers are not insured to cook. They can help serve food and assist with your BBQ in other ways.

Can butlers run games or activities at my event?

Yes. Our butlers can host party games, icebreakers, and fun challenges to keep your event lively.

What is the minimum age for guests?

All guests must be 18 or older, as our services are adult-themed.

Can butlers be booked for mixed-gender events?

Yes. Our butlers are suitable for birthdays, engagement parties, divorce parties, and any mixed-gender gatherings.
