How do I pay?
All major debit or credit cards are accepted excluding American Express. Additionally, we accept Apply Pay.
Deposits start from just £30 per activity depending on the service booked. You will be advised at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. If your booking is made less than 14 days before the event you will be required to pay the full balance. All other bookings may vary depending on what service you have booked, you will be advised at the time of booking.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking please be aware that your deposit is non-refundable. If you do wish to cancel with less than 14 days until your event then all monies paid are non-refundable.
Changes to bookings
If after the Booking Date, you wish to change the time there will be a £20.00 administration fee.
If you wish to change the date there will be a £30 administration fee.
If you wish to change the Event Address and it is within a 5-mile radius of your original address then there is no charge. If you wish to change the location there will be a £30 admin fee plus additional travel charges depending on the location.
If you wish to change the number of guests to your booking, you can do this via the booking manager up to 14 days before your event. If your event is less than 14 days away, please let us know as soon as possible so that we have time to make these amendments for you.
All changes to bookings must be made via our set-managed booking manager. We do not accept changes by phone or email.

Will my butler bring serving & cocktail equipment?

Our butlers don’t supply cocktail shakers, trays, or alcohol. You’ll need to provide these. They are skilled and can adapt using items you already have at your venue.

Can we add accessories to our butler?

Yes, you can customise your butler to suit your party theme. Any accessories must be provided at your own expense.

Does my butler need a space to change?

Yes. Your butler will arrive dressed and will need a private area, such as a bathroom, to change into his outfit. Please ensure it’s clear of personal items. He will also need a secure place for his belongings.

Can we book more than one butler?

Yes, you can book as many butlers as you need. We generally suggest one butler for 10–15 guests and two for larger groups, but you can choose what works best for your event.

Is it okay to touch the butler?

Light, appropriate contact is fine for photos, games, or serving drinks. All guests must treat our staff with respect at all times.

Can I choose which butler attends my event?

Let us know your preferences, and we’ll match a butler to suit your party. We have over 500 butlers across the UK and will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Can I see a photo of my butler before the event?

We don’t provide individual photos due to the high number of bookings each week. We work with the best butlers and are confident you’ll be happy with your allocation. It also keeps the experience a fun surprise for the guest of honour.

What if my butler arrives late?

Delays are rare, but can happen due to traffic or other factors. We recommend allowing at least an extra hour after your scheduled finish time. You will still receive the full service regardless of any delays.

No, butlers are not insured to cook. They can help serve food and assist with your BBQ in other ways.

Nude Life Drawings

What does the life drawing model do during the class?

Life drawing classes last 1 hour 30 minutes and are designed for hen parties.

First 45 minutes: The model poses for you and your guests to draw.

Final 45 minutes: The model dons cheeky butler attire and becomes a Buff Butler. They can join party games, pose for photos, serve drinks, and even judge your favourite drawings.

Will the model be nude?

Yes, the model can be fully nude or wear minimal clothing. You can also request partial clothing if you prefer.

What happens on the day of my booking?

Our models check in with us on the morning of your event. Your butler will contact you 5–10 minutes before arrival and call again once outside to keep the surprise.
Please ensure you are reachable at all times before the booking. If we cannot contact you, it may reduce your booking time or result in cancellation.

What materials are provided for the life drawing class?

The model brings all drawing materials, including A3 paper, pencils, erasers, and sharpeners. Materials cover up to 20 guests. For additional guests, extra sets can be provided at £5 per person.
Note: Materials do not include a surface to lean on.

Is a tutor included in the life drawing class?

No tutor is needed. Our models are experienced, engaging, and will lead the class, keeping it fun and lighthearted while offering guidance when needed.

What do your models look like?

Our life drawing models are also Buff Butlers. They have fit, toned bodies and are selected to make the class fun and engaging.

Can we choose which life drawing model attends our class?

You can provide preferences, and we’ll do our best to match a model to your request. All models meet the high standards shown on our website, so you can be confident you’ll be happy with the selection.

How many guests are included in the provided materials?

Materials are included for up to 20 guests. For additional guests, extra sets can be provided at £5 per person.

Can I extend the life drawing class?
-
Yes. For an additional £50, you can extend the class by 30 minutes, giving you an hour of life drawing followed by an hour of butlering including games.

Can the life drawing model come to our venue?
-
Yes. Our classes are mobile and can visit venues anywhere in the UK, including cottages, hotels, private homes, and function rooms. We carry public liability insurance where required.
Your venue will need to be private and away from public view.
There also needs to be enough room for the model to do his poses and space for you to draw.
Note: Venue hire is not included and must be arranged by the organiser.

Can I change the number of guests for my booking?

You can add extra guests at any time. However, we cannot refund if the number of guests decreases. We recommend booking for your confirmed minimum and adding others later. You will be charged for the number of guests booked; reducing numbers is not possible once confirmed.

Can mixed-gender or LGBT groups book with Butlers with Bums?

Yes. We have experience with mixed and LGBT events. Please let us know at least 14 days in advance if any male guests will attend, so we can select a suitable model.

Can the life drawing class have a theme?

Yes. You can tailor the class to themes such as 1920s, beach party, or ‘naughty but nice.’ If you want to provide props for your model, he’ll be more than happy to wear them!

What if my life drawing model is late?

Delays are rare but can happen due to traffic or other factors. We recommend allowing an extra hour after your scheduled finish time.
You will still receive the full 1.5-hour session regardless of any delay.

Cocktail Masterclass

What happens during a cocktail masterclass?

Groups are split into teams, with each person making up to three cocktails. All ice, glassware, alcohol, and fruit are provided. The mixologist arrives 20–30 minutes early to set up for the class.

What will the mixologist wear?

The mixologist will wear butler attire (apron, collar, and cuffs) unless you request full clothing with a shirt and trousers.
If you’d like an additional butler alongside the mixologist, we can arrange this for an extra cost.

Can I change the number of guests for my cocktail class?

You can adjust guest numbers up to 14 days before your event. Within 14 days, numbers cannot be reduced, but you can request to add guests by emailing us, and we’ll try to accommodate your request.

Do I need to provide anything for the cocktail class?

No. All alcohol, fruit, ice, and glassware required for the class are provided. Any additional drinks beyond the cocktails made in class must be supplied by you.

Can the cocktail class be held at a hired venue or private house?

Yes. The mixologist can attend any venue with the owner’s permission, including houses, flats, cottages, hen houses, or private rooms in bars. A large dining table is ideal, but a kitchen surface works too. The venue must be private and out of public view.

Performers stay for up to 15 minutes, including time for photos with the guest of honour. Please allow a 30-minute window for arrival, as performers often have multiple bookings.

Hen Party Packages

What will happen once I have booked?

Once you have booked you will be sent a confirmation email. This will have your booking clearly detailed including your itinerary, the deposit which is due and your final balance. If anything is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible.

Do we need to pay a deposit?
-
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be stated on your booking confirmation. Deposits vary per booking depending on what activities you have chosen. Deposits will also be discussed with you during the enquiry process.

Once we have booked can we change the date or time?
-
Time and Date changes will need to be made within the first 2 weeks of booking.
- If after the Booking Date, you wish to change the time there will be a £20.00 administration fee.
- If you wish to change the date there will be a £30 administration fee.

Can we change the number of guests on our booking?
-
If you wish to add additional guests at any point that is absolutely fine, however, we are unable to refund if your numbers decrease.
We suggest you book for the minimum number of confirmed guests and add others on at a later date.
The number of guests that you book for is the number that you will be required to pay for. Dropping in numbers is not possible once a booking is confirmed.

Can we swap activities if we change our mind?

If you wish to change activities once your booking has been confirmed there will be an administration fee of £30 and it will be dependant on availability.

If my numbers drop does our price go up?

If your numbers drop below the confirmed number that you have booked you will still be required to pay for that amount of guests attending.
