This stylish central 3 storey townhouse is ideal for group weekends. Situated in the heart of central Bournemouth, a short walk from the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping.
Compromising of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room with a bespoke dining table to seat the full quota of 20 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and the cosy snug with patio doors leads to the stylish courtyard garden with a chimnea.
With period features in many rooms, high ceilings, fresh white bright walls and original sash windows let the light flood in. Artwork and upcycled furniture and littered throughout giving this house a very bohemian yet luxurious feel.
Moments from all the action of the city centre, no taxi required and the award winning beach is just a short stroll away.
Access Information
Accessed at ground floor level, with 2 steps up to the front door. Once inside, the house is arranged over 3 floors.
Parking Information
There is no on-street parking available. The street outside has double yellow lines, where you can pull up briefly to unload. The nearest car park is West Hill Car Park.
Need To Know
Towels and linen provided.
A £500 non-refundable deposit is required within one week of booking to secure hen houses. This deposit will come off the remaining balance and is in addition to our standard deposit terms and conditions.
This house also requires a £500 good behaviour bond one week prior to arrival, returned after check out once a house inspection is complete.
Village Hotel Bournemouth
Village Hotel Bournemouth is a stylish hotel with fantastic facilities. It offers a modern health club with a gym and a pool, along with a great pub and restaurant and a Starbucks. The hotel also includes free WiFi and free onsite parking.
