Yogi Hens

Stretch, unwind, and relax with your very own yoga class. Your instructor will come to you, provide mats, and tailor your yogi experience to your group’s level. You can choose between a dynamic flow experience or relax and breathe with gentle hatha yoga. In either case, your group will feel refreshed and a tiny bit smug that they are participating in something that makes them feel so good!
